Solo traveler needs to think twice here
So, the front desk staff was kinda nice, tried to help out with my situation when the wi-fi didn't work and my room was low on basic amenities! ! Also, the toilet worked fine, which is more than I can say for other places I've been in the past.
It definitely wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The room was clean and cozy. It’s just a mile from Buckys Casino for some fun. Also appreciated the cable programming after a busy day exploring. Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions.
The swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a letdown since we were hoping to relax there.

Great location near attractions, and the room did what I needed at the time, so I'm grateful for that.
Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. the room was clean, and the bed felt surprisingly comfy. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and grabbing a quick coffee while enjoying the fresh air. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really put a damper on my visit. 😊

Stumbled upon Guacamaya's Mexican Grill—absolute gem for traditional flavors! Berry's Pie Pantry? Their pies would've made even my grandma proud. The location was a breeze for exploring downtown, with friendly staff making us feel right at home.
Oh man, the room had dog hair everywhere, and I had to sweep and mop myself. Pillows had no cases, and it took some convincing just to get clean ones! Asking for essentials felt like pulling teeth, which really shined a light on the lack of attentive service.

Convenient location and friendly staff
I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Classic Quadruple Room, and while the staff was very welcoming and helpful, the overall cleanliness could use some attention. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, making it a decent choice for travelers like me. However, the room had a noticeable stale cigarette smell that lingered throughout our stay, which could be improved.
